– Manage all Kitchen operation, from Central Kitchen to Store Kitchen operation, both pastry and hot cuisine.
– Ensure that the kitchen and surrounding areas are sanitized and clean in accordance with company standards and health code regulations
– Ensure the food quality.
– Stay current on F&B industry trends, by creating exciting menu.
– Maintain menus and food costs.
– Hire, train and supervise kitchen personnel
– Coordinate with principal and management regarding new menu development.
– Experience as Executive Chef in pastry or boulangerie
– Have experience in making and developing pastry, bakery, & cake menu (Croissant, Danish, baguette, bread, etc). Have experience in hot cuisines as well will be an advantage
– Had to manage central kitchen
